But you at least have the flexibility to change teams every 6 months. - Management is a little reluctant to make more bolder/wide bets and likes sticking to safe plays. A little out of the box thinking could go a long way especially given the competition. - Microsoft Teams continues to be the biggest threat to the future but the company is still winning on it's own with recent big deals with Amazon, Verizon, etc - Obviously the company is still trying to get in the good books of Wall Street with the stock not really benefiting from the pandemic uncertainty unlike it's peers like Zoom, DocuSign, etc in spite of having in line revenues.
