Slack is great to work at, specially the people! It is a very inclusive workplace, tons of interesting work to be done and people are very collaborative. There is great work balance and you really fell you belong there.

Monolith is not ideal, also having a couple of in-house built tools/systems as the preferred way for how engineers should work, lowering flexibility.
