Overall flexibility for everyone is fantastic - Leadership - best leadership I've every witnessed - leading with transparency and empathy even through challenging times and huge shifts between an acquisition and tech as a whole + marco-economic climate. They really do care about their people and the wellbeing - Fun - it's a really fun place to work!
