While the company markets itself as "fiercely human," it often feels like that message is more surface-level than lived. A significant number of higher ranking people seem focused on personal advancement—professionally or politically—rather than true collaboration or accountability. Very top-down. I experienced gaslighting, intimidation from some long-timers who are legends in their own minds. It was a culture of ego rather than integrity in my experience, cultish. This disconnect was surprising, given the stated company values which attracted me to the company. There’s no matching donation policy, and there’s little transparency around how foundation grants are awarded or who makes those decisions. It appears to be controlled by a select few in leadership, rather than reflecting the voice of employees (by vote for example). These are two telling signs of how genuinely philanthropic a company is—or isn’t.

Collaboration is routinely replaced by a self-service model of training videos and help articles. •These recurring shifts are designed to manufacture the appearance of fiscal stability for the benefit of external stakeholders and clients, while leaving core operational deficits unaddressed. •Organizational maturity is low. Teams operate in deep silos, the internal tech stack is outdated, and there is a distinct lack of adequate project and event management software.
