° They're so busy being nice that they're not always truthful or willing to face the challenging company issues ° The revolving door of employees leads to a lot of stagnation ° They haven't sufficiently trained their project managers, so if you want anything done...you're basically on your own ° They preach diversity and inclusion, but there isn't any at the leadership level ° They don't (or didn't) celebrate MLK Day
