TLDR; This review provides a detailed feedback overview of each department I have worked with. HR: Unfortunately HR is too busy in playing dirty wicked politics. With the recent arrival of new member in the HR group, it has become the most hated department across the company due to many reasons: - HR colluding with some individuals to conceal things from top management. HR uses its discretion to mould the policies according to their needs to plunder benefits from those who are leaving the company and to achieve shady financial gains. - To hide their incompetency employees are forced to sign a year long binding contracts so that they can be retained. - HR is too best in hypocrisy and tries its best to under buy people using foul practices while plundering those who are new to industry. - There is much more can be written to describe HR in SlashNext but final words are "HR Dep is owned by a group of hypocrites" Top Management: - Not all but most of the top management people are incompetent and doesn't even bother about the company culture. This usually happens when merit is turned down and people are appointed on the basis of personal preferences not on someone's skill set. - Employees are often asked to provide good reviews on Glassdoor to help with company's repute. Netops(Network Department): When top management is sleeping and HR is busy in flattery, power abuse becomes inevitable. - Unfortunately Netops department threatens people openly on public channels in the company to expose their browsing history to fulfill their personal grudges. Such incidents are totally out of question if HR exists but it's not. - Rude, negative and unprofessional precedents are set forth and carried forward in the communication. Overall Culture: - The most embarrassing and disgusting fact about the SlashNext is privacy invasion and interference in the personal lives. Females workforce at SlashNext is the most affected by this. - People, even HR discusses the personal lives of the female workforce especially. On the top of it, office admin staff they report back who is going where, when, how and with whom. After this everyone, including HR, spread rumors and draw conclusions on someone's character. - Technically it's a kind of corporate harassment of females happening at SlashNext.
