Employees joining Sleek are encouraged to be the best they can be, and are recognised for the contributions they make. There is a strong teamwork culture, and genuine caring approach to clients. Very humble, but ambitious at the same time.

Don't expect big-company systems and bureaucracy (but that is a great thing, not a "Con" at all! Just setting expectations - this is a fast growing startup :)
