Salary was below minimum wage in NYC market Unprofessional work environment - CEO would be missing for weeks at a time/ non responsive, co-workers spring things on you literally at the last minute Impossible to make commission / you literally never got paid on any of the sales CEO close minded and racist towards Americans and anyone of color. If you’re white, you get favoritism CEO though pandemic was a joke

I worked at SlidesLive for over 3 years and overall it was a great place to work. The founders are open to listening new ideas from everyone in the company. I had the opportunity to travel on many occasions to Europe and throughout the US, attending I interesting conferences and meeting a wide variety of people in various industries. Pay was competitive and the commission structure was great. The work environment was very flexible in an open office and you could even work from home at times if needed.

Being a startup, many kinks and problems arise and you have to be ok with the fact that everything is not always going to go perfectly. Lack of experienced management could be a con to people who need more guidance in there day to day work. When I was there, there were not many benefits such as insurance or retirement, but I think they were working on putting that in place.

-The CEO Vojta Ciml is unwilling to adapt to the American market -Huge language barriers -Exploitative business practices (claiming you have local videographers in every city but really you fly in cheap labor from the Czech Republic) -Lack of unity among coworkers -Distrust and dishonesty comes from the top down in this startup
