Some clique-iness, after all, is almost all women in the company, but not as bad as you'd think. No holidays or sick days on top of PTO - have to use your PTO for the holidays they're closed, as well as when sick. Seem to often overload employees with more than they can and should have to handle, causing work-related stress to sky rocket.

Only pro is the building you work in, and your in the Vail Valley. Lunch vendor presentations are a positive. The gorgeous architecture of projects and celebrity clients make it exciting.

Slifer wants you to work your life away for pennies. Cliquey atmosphere. The worst design firm I've worked for in terms of work conditions and job satisfaction and enjoyment. Employees gather outside work hours and complain about the company every chance they get.
