This was a great place to work, very flexible and also clear expectations from management.

Some other colleagues/teams were less professional/pleasant

Slime quality never wavered. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the people managing it.

- Management roles were given based on friendliness rather than actual skill or qualifications. - Leadership decisions were unstable, uncertain, and often made without proper expertise. - Directions and priorities changed frequently without clear explanation. - Mistakes were routinely blamed on staff instead of being addressed at the leadership level. - Meetings exposed a lack of basic operational competence among managers. - Employees received little to no real guidance from those responsible for leading them. - The lack of qualified leadership created a disorganized and inefficient work environment.
