Dear Former employee, That’s a pity that nothing good in Slotegrator comes to your mind. It isn’t easy to imagine how you had been working here for 1-2 years. Commenting on the cons you described is complicated because we don’t know the department where you had been working. But thank you for an opportunity to highlight the pros of working in Slotegrator based on your cons: - our company is highly interested in improving our level of management and workflows because it’s the only way of sustainable development of growing; - we index salaries every year, taking into account the working results of employees and the economic environment; - a stressful atmosphere is a personal feeling. However, one of the benefits of the Slotegrator is consulting with a corporate business coach who can help with this matter and other problems that the place of work can arise. Czech office space recommendations generally mention at least 5 m² per employee as a minimum, with 8 m²+ considered more reasonable for comfortable work. * Very limited home office policy (only 5 days per month), despite support work including 2–5 night shifts monthly * Limited career growth opportunities. Although the company claims internal mobility is possible, in support the maximum realistic growth is only to L2 * Relatively low salary considering the workload, responsibilities, and level of competency required for the role
