Revolving door of managers High turnover Table sections are down to only 4 tables It’s common to get stiffed on a regular basis by customers Employee opinions/recommendations to management are usually argued against instead of taken into consideration Rules are constantly changing without proper communication Employee discount is only 20% and the food is too expensive Too much side work (you will often be there over an hour after close) High tip-out (expect to be tipping out between $50-$70 a shift) Management would rather do things the cheap way than the better way when it comes down to supplies Management is inappropriate and unprofessional with staff When one sever makes a mistake, it seems like all servers are punished for it. Hosts sometimes double/triple sit you and you are expected to greet a table within 1 minute No benefits No HR Management does not fully understand the restaurant yet
