getting paid, employees are very helpful

-engineering has 50% annual staff turnaround , all electrical engineers left within in 1 year. But no one seems to be concerned about any of that, instead its said to be a people company. -lots of talk about leadership, but accountability is passed completely to employees with no support from management -managers / team leaders have no idea nor regard of skills of their employees, even in a 3 person team. Skills are not utilised. -annual performance reviews, if they ever take place, are meaningless and lead nowhere -no support across teams -sales dreams up things and blames the test facility if it does not work -staff turnaround increases, no one cares -need CEO approval to buy a 300 bucks sample -accountants get paid more than engineers, so nothing about all the above is much of a surprise.
