      Compensation is on the low end of marketing averages. Culture shifted for the worse when new marketing leadership took over in early 2023. Things became more chaotic; morale dropped and stress increased. 3 rounds of marketing layoffs to-date in 2023. Bringing over LOTS of employees from a competitor.

      This company has only gotten stronger in the past couple years. The culture is the best it has ever been and we continue to be recognized as the strongest competitors in every market we're in. Plus, we continue adding new products and capabilities that set us apart and give us more ways to support new and old customers. The management team is positive, focused, accessible and inspiring and that has an effect on every team around this business.

      The con used to be that we had the same owners for so long but now that we were bought by Cinven it feels like we have even more opportunity to invest and continue our growth as a company and as employees.
