Salary is cheap. They expect you to work yourself to death with a measly salary offered. They are not considerate to their employees. You have to be on deathbed for you to be allowed to use your sickleave and they allow you begrudgingly and you have to make up for it as if it’s your payment for the leave you’re entitled. Office supplies aren’t provided most of the time and yet they require so much from their customers that frontlines need to photocopy. No papers and pens and even staplers are provided by the employees. It’s like bring your own office supplies. That’s the way it works there.
