Management treating people like they are nothing, not doing their job. Not listening to their employees. Useless system in place. Not enough staff and you are paying for them not employing enough people-not able to take holidays at the same time as someone else. You need to have a good reason too. Not getting paid for working extra if it has not been authorised before so sometimes you end up working for free.
