- Great leadership team - The new platform is very purpose built to help businesses succeed in adding automation to their CX - Every employee is truly driven to bring the company success. I've never seen anything like it. For the most part, everyone communicates well and works well together. After one year, it's still true. I can't say that about many companies I've worked for or with in my career.

- The benefits package for non-CA residents is a bit shaky. It has great coverage so you can easily be covered and has lots of options, but you have to consider what costs you might need to make it truly affordable for you if you have a family. As the company grows I expect this will be improved.
