SmartCare is a fast paced and exciting SaaS company. Everyone at SmartCare is enjoyable to work with. There is constant change need to adapt. Employees at all levels are invested in helping each other succeed.

Due to the diversity in employees spread throughout different locations, travel requirements can become burdensome for families.

The biggest thing I love about this company is that no matter where our employees live and work, everyone comes together as a team, striving to make our products the best on the market. Everyone is driven and willing to work together to help push SmartCare forward. I have never worked for a company with so much flexibility either. I can work from anywhere in the world and still get my job done.

I would have to agree with other reviews about lack of communication. Sometimes, this hinders work due to processes not being fully explained. I also think there is a lack of training upon starting. They are working on improving this process but it is still hard for new employees to quickly feel comfortable with the product.
