Toxic Environment - Recensione dipendente - Administrative presso SmartLabs (MA)

The majority of the senior managers/leaderships are Caucasian males, and there are uncover racial bias in the working environment. The pay is way below industry average. The executive team tend to hire external people (most of them are Caucasian males) for the senior role, instead of giving employee opportunity to grow, or promote existing employee who are loyal and hard working. They also make empty-promise regarding share company's equity, but it never happened. I recommend not to waste your time in SmartLabs.
