Manager work in Christmas gift wishing flavour. Projects start without spec. Usually tasks are done without detailed requirement nor documentation and change in the mid air of development. Most stuff cannot be traced without digging into code level Most projects are done in urgent while afterward placed pending for > half year before rollout They call you during sick leave totally unnecessarily like meeting scheduling Not trust worthy on any benefit not on B&W like WFH / Bonus Manager is non local while got heavy communication problem due to language
