No moral integrity - Recensione dipendente - Content Writer presso SmartSites

This company has no moral integrity when it comes to paying its overseas writers. Pay was delayed by a whole year, and there was still no urgency to resolve the issue. Management was only prompted to take action after a series of negative Glassdoor reviews, more to save their reputation than because they have any moral compunction about paying for work that has been completed. That's not even the worst part, they made it seem like they were doing writers a favour by finally paying months late. Not only were no compensatory gestures extended, management then saw fit to harass writers into removing or editing their reviews for finally paying what was due. Absolutely disgraceful farce of a company.
