Vantaggi
Fairly easy job. Almost boring to an extent. In the office and the job site I encountered people that were generally friendly, and easy going. Most were willing to help each other to ensure the job was done correctly.
Svantaggi
Don't really have many cons. The biggest 2 are the reason I am no longer working at this company. I was not paid enough to travel to job sites. My commute from home, to the job site, and back home again was 160 miles a day. Since there is a SmartWatt office in Nashville, and within their distance to said job site before they pay a travel stipend, I was not compensated for traveling. I was only making $400 a week after taxes. Every week I was spending $120-150 on gas. I have bills to pay so that isn't going to work out. The other has to do with production. There are certain quotas that have to be met to maintain employment. Most of the time I was able to meet their quota. However there were times I was unable to do so. Sometimes it was my fault, sometimes it wasn't. After looking over my consistency compared to others, and talking with management, I decided to end my employment with the company, as I was not a good match for this type of work.
