They don't encourage the team to be independent from the manager, all conflict must be resolve between the manager of the teams. They don't encourage feedback and you only know that you did something wrong when they are firing you. You don't feel that you are safe or that you are in a environment that allows you to make mistakes and grow as a professional and a person.

Empresa faliu e os donos não querem admitir por orgulho. Salários sempre atrasados sem dar nenhuma satisfação aos funcionários. Empresa completamente largada, sócios não estão nem aí pro que acontece no dia a dia. Pagam de grandes empreendedores para os outros, mas quem tá por dentro sabe que a empresa quebrou por erros deles. Péssima gerência em todos os sentidos. Não pagam funcionários que saem e nem os que estão na empresa, devem impostos.... buraco muito profundo.
