A real review, beware of the positive reviews, its either marketing or management! - Recensione dipendente - Consultant presso Smartbridge

In the beginning there are glimmers of hope, where all dreams seem to come true. The longer you're with the company the more you learn. They will hire you for one position but you'll probably never work in that area. The company seems to be only focused on the bottom dollar, does not matter what you're hired for, if there is a project, and a chance to make you billable, be ready to be thrown to the wolves. You'll read the other reviews talking about "lazy people", "fast paced" and all this blah blah blah, but at the end of the day Smartbridge will do anything to make themselves look perfect. They say open door policy, which is true, but not like talking to management matters, when you try to tell them the truth the owners just feel attacked. Plus how could they possibly do anything wrong, how dare we say anything negative. I have been giving this company a chance, but with everything that has been going on in the last month, enough is enough, avoid this company like the plague, im getting out asap, so should you, if you don't work here, run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
