      - Liked my co-workers a lot. All of them are really talented writers and total geeks in their fields. Had a lot of fun discussions going around over lunch. It's super to work in such a creative atmosphere. - Monthly bonuses are fair. The more you work - the more you get paid.

      - The salary without bonuses is rather low. - Working with some of the clients was rather hard as most of them didn't know what exactly they need, asked for numerous revisions for no reason and so on.

      I like that I can manage my time the way I like and that I can choose which assignment to do. And I find the salary more than satisfying.

      The only problem that can occur is communicating with the customer. Every time I need clarifications of order’s instructions I have to inform the support team and wait till they contact the client. It can take whole lot of time.
