Our company follows a very carefully managed combination of a focus on financial growth and a focus on being a good place to work. I feel incredibly privileged to have been a part of the leadership team and see first hand how well the company's financials are managed, and how well our team members are being are managed and cared for. I left the company to focus on our family, and otherwise would have stayed.

It's always tough to work for a small company. You have to wear many hats and be willing to sacrifice personal time in some situations, but there is a balance due to flex vacation policy.

I am extremely impressed with Smartling's leadership, staff, product, and the culture that's in place. What a joy to work here!! Smartling is growing so rapidly and is the clear leader in the Translation Management System technology and LLM/AI powered translation space.
Amazing product market fit considering how AI is changing the localization world. AI is mandate for every employee at the company and leadership has given us the tools to adopt it an astronomical pace. This is not something that is micro managed and employees have full autonomy to build and present to their colleagues.
Selling at Smartling means working with the biggest companies in the world. In most cases it isn't transactional but once a company sees the value Smartling brings to the table it's hard for them to choose a competitor.

Very few but managing so many projects with AI at once takes a lot of focus. I wouldn't have it any other way.
