It was a constant barrage of unrealistic deadlines set by their finance department on the other side of the country. They obviously had zero understanding with the drawn out timelines and strict processes for zoning / building entitlements in California in comparison to the national average. Not to mention my site count was significantly higher than what we discussed in the interview. I ended up going back to my old company after 6 months for less pay rather then deal with their bureaucracy.
