Upward mobility with respect to advances. Not a lot of moving pieces in the restaurants so they are easy to manage.

Svantaggi

Micro management will definitely be an issue, so if you don't like being hovered over then that might be an issue for you here

Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
