      Sb has very good benefits and they pay well.

      Labor is done off of matrix hours which tends to leave the stores running short handed. There is barely work life balance. As GMs you are expected to work as an employee because the hours count against you.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
