      Greasy, can be a high turniver rate for crew members, have to wait 1 year before receiving health insurance, physical hard labor, can be dangerous working with kitchen equipment, no set schedule

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
