The environment is one of respect and dignity. There is major growth and lots of opportunity. They have completely restructured management and new HR. The wages have become more competitive. I feel I have a voice here. I’m blessed to have found this place. The product is top notch, but the people here are what really makes it a joy to come to work.

Brushes off serious allegations, employees told to "talk it out" Bugs, screws, plastic, rocks, hair clips, hair, dry mold: all routinely found in tea blends, we were told to keep working Refusal to equitably accommodate employees who primarily speak spanish despite continuing to hire them No consistent training procedures, other people getting paid the same (or sometimes less!) than you are teaching you how to pack They will overwork you. You will be doing the job of five people at once most of the time.
