For some people and jobs they have above average pay amounts, a clean working place, good technology and it is a pretty safe place to work.

Svantaggi

Overly controlling and micromanaged, no communication by management and no room to grow in your job because they won't promote you. You get hired on nights and they hire new people to go on days even when you have seniority over them. Make it sound so good whern you get hired but then nothing happens the way they say. And its a family environment so you should be careful of that not to get in the middle of family members fighting. Never had employee reviews, and only people that whined ever got a raise. Completely unfair treatment and no training. Attitude you should feel lucky to work there and they are better than everyone else when it is the last place you want to work. Poorly managed and completely disorganized, aren't big enough to offer good benefits so you pay a fortune and even though they have good pay rates, in the end with paying benefits you actually make less than other places.

Competitive pay, great work environment, no micromanaging, free pizza, management is easy to talk to, interesting and diverse workload, one of the few machine shops where you can travel.

Svantaggi

The benefits package is lackluster, but sufficient. Vacation days don't stack against most other companies, 90day wait for health insurance, the shop is very dirty.

Vantaggi

Great Work life balance, vacation days when you start, (prorated of course). Very clean machine shop, Management is easy going and helpful to employee needs.

Svantaggi

Pay could be better, machinist often perform duties of an engineer. Insurance is very expensive. Quarterly bonuses should be more, and the goal more achievable. Management wants to see newer employees' succeed however some veteran employees' not so much.
