Smoothstack is a company that trains employee to meet industry standard and then deploy them to its partnered companies. Essentially you are working as a contractor for the company. In order to compensate for this exchange you are given a less pay but they cover your learning cost and resource cost. For someone who is trying to get into the industry I see this as a win-win situation.
