Svantaggi
Management does not care about their employees; only money. Management would walk the halls and ignore you if they saw you walking down the same hallway. If you had any emergency or life altering event, there was no expression of sympathy or sorrow. Someone there committed suicide there and it took HR over a week to even acknowledge that the person had died. And when they did it was very poorly done. There were no benefits to working there, no raises, no bonuses, no heat on some days, no hot water, no drinking water, no pay for anything that prevents you from working such as a transformer blowing up, no leaving early the day before a holiday, no expressing your opinion, no concern for your input, no room for growth, very basic training, endless work and brown nosers acting as middle management. You work there: that's the benefit. Health insurance was extremely expensive since they tend to pass most of the cost onto you. There was no reimbursement for gas or mileage if you had to travel to another office. There was no comp time if you were travelling to another city or state or on a weekend. There were not enough people to handle the workload and once new employees wised up to the corporate culture, they ended up leaving too.
