The people at your level that you work with (that they keep). Like-minded individuals who want to give it their all. Read any review, that's the only common denominator besides free snacks (which rarely rotate, as they advertise). Good values, that aren't particularly lived out outside of "health above all else". All of those "Best in LA" awards you see? It's forced upon each employee to submit reviews and surveys with nothing but praise in order to achieve those "awards". They don't mean a thing.

The product itself is no-longer what it used to be. No variety. Expensive compared to competitors. All they care about is sales selling lies to companies to get their "product" in the door. From there, they don't fulfill their word, which they jam down their sales reps throats to sell. You are not cared for. You don't get back what you what you put in whatsoever. So the "pros", the people that you work with, could be gone in a matter of hours (this happens, often). The reviews you're reading from the last year? All true. Zero on-boarding or training. You are set-up to fail. The HR/"people" team care more about their online presence than they do their employees. If you're applying for a sales job, just read these reviews. From the time I started in 2017 to current day, the sales department in LA has gone from 40+ AE's (3 teams of 12+) to about 20 AE's (two teams of under 10), two different VP of Sales, 2 different Director of Sales Operations, and 7 different managers. Oh, and they also scrapped their entire SDR team without any notice. Everything you're reading is not all a coincidence.
