None! This was the worst work experience I’ve ever had.

Svantaggi

I am writing this review to shed light on the deeply troubling experiences I endured during my time at SnapTech IT. It is disheartening to recount the egregious behavior of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Ted Hulsy, and the toxic work culture that pervades the company. From the moment I joined, it became apparent that there was a void in leadership when it came to training new hires. Despite the urgent need for guidance, Ted Hulsy outright refused to provide any training, leaving me with no choice but to step up and fulfill the training responsibility myself. This lack of support created a disorganized environment from the start. Ted's conduct towards his colleagues was appalling and deeply distressing. He would consistently berate individuals in meetings, disregarding their input and causing them emotional distress to the point of tears. His blatant disregard for others' opinions and perspectives showcased a complete lack of empathy and respect. What is even more alarming is Ted's persistent intrusion into my personal life. He would contact me outside of work hours, even going as far as reaching out when I was at the hospital, insisting that I complete work tasks immediately as if my personal circumstances were of no consequence. This unwarranted harassment extended to my personal email during my visits to the doctor because Ted refusing to look at my calendar. It is deeply troubling that Ted Hulsy, despite being disliked by everyone in the company except the C-suite, was promoted to the role of CRO, where he continued to exercise his tyrannical rule. I was appalled to learn of an incident where someone else faced personal loss, yet Ted callously demanded that they continue working that day, prioritizing his quarterly goals over basic human decency. This level of insensitivity is truly repugnant. Karl Bickmore was alerted by multiple employees, yet ignored this egregious behavior. Furthermore, Ted's dishonesty and manipulation were evident in his dealings with me. He deliberately lied about my workers' compensation, claiming that I could only seek medical treatment with his approval, despite Randy Crockett being a witness to the email thread where the adjuster confirmed that my medical appointments were covered under workman's compensation benefits. This lie was a clear breach of trust, and rather than address the issue, Ted and the executive team chose to terminate my employment. When I had the courage to report the hostile work environment be resolved or I would have to quit SnapTech IT failed to conduct any meaningful investigation and instead promptly fired me. Karl Bickmore, the CEO, refused to speak with me about the issue. This blatant act of retaliation highlights the disregard the company has for the well-being and rights of its employees. They further exacerbated the situation by tampering with my pay, creating unnecessary confusion and distress. The company's attempts to deny me rightful benefits by misleading workman's compensation is a testament to their unethical practices. I have legal representation to ensure that my rights are upheld and that justice is served. It is deeply distressing that I had to undergo two surgeries due to my work-related injury, all while consistently being the top-performing representative in my role and being harassed by Ted. Despite my repeated efforts to seek resolution by reporting these issues to management, they merely encouraged me to confront Ted in their presence, subjecting me to further humiliation. Ted consistently undermined my work injury, arguing against my doctor's restrictions, and even assigned me an unreasonably high quota, as a means of making my job more challenging. In light of the discrimination, retaliation, and overall toxic work environment I experienced at SnapTech IT, I felt compelled to escalate the matter to federal regulators. I expect these agencies will thoroughly investigate the company's practices and hold them accountable for their actions. No employee should have to endure the distress, mistreatment, and manipulation that I faced during my tenure. It is my sincerest wish that my story serves as a cautionary tale and prompts the necessary changes within the company to ensure a safe, respectful, and fair working environment for all employees. Please be cautious when considering SnapTech IT as an employer. Their conduct towards their employees raises serious concerns about their ethics and commitment to the well-being of their workforce.

This is a tough review to get. We emphathize with how this former employee feels and wish he didn't have this experience. Without getting into the reasons this person no longer works for us, needless to say, there are 2 sides to every story. We wish them success as they journey forward in life. We feel there is a very different point of view to this person's experience yet wish they didn't feel this was there experience.

Vantaggi

They paid me when they said they would

Svantaggi

Micromanagement is RAMPANT. Turnover is astronomically high. Both owners have their heads in the clouds while wearing their rose colored glasses. Unless you are homeless or about to be, I wouldn't waste your time applying or working here.
