My experience was really odd. At 1st during the interview the recruiter made it seem as if you can make all kinds of money when you hit your bonus. This was so far from the truth. The recruiter who is now promoted gave incorrect information and mislead that group of new hires. To top it off the management team was all talk no action. For example they said do something a certain way but they wouldn't do it themselves. Management in Southern California seems to have a culture of cover your own butt.
