Lack of leadership creates no win for employees - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Snapfish

There is a serious lack of leadership in the company. The people currently in senior leadership positions are inexperienced, uncaring and reactive. They tend to stick together, make all decisions among themselves and then hand down orders down. The continuous fire-fighting is burning people out. This would not be a place that I would recommend to someone who is smart and passionate and wants to build the career path.
