Complete lack of transparency - Recensione dipendente - Account Development Representative presso Snappy

I was apart of the "30%" that was laid off and wow did not see that one coming. They completely disregard concerns brought to managers and lied several times about the career growth at the org. They spent thousands and thousands on useless things just to find out that they were doing that while looking to start cutting people. When I raised concerns about them promoting individuals that were not qualified based on their specific requirements while I had already hit those and not been promoted they then hid access and lied to my face about the entire process. While they have unlimited PTO some were yelled at for using it even if they were hitting quota while it didn't matter if others did. Huge lack of diversity. The technology they use is always breaking and making your job 10x more difficult to do but they then throw it in your face. Management is horrible, they raved about the upper management despite them doing nothing and ignoring you any time you need help.
