Call center= stressful calls all day long People don’t like to deal with vehicle claims, so most customers are at least inconvenienced when they reach you. If you have the right attitude, you can turn a bad open into a good close. Still, it’s not for everyone, and ultimately, wasn’t for me. Company feels unstable, massive layoffs over the pandemic, and industry giants are realizing they can build claims apps themselves
