I loved the managers, tech leads, and my co-workers. The company it’s self is a great company. Benefits start right away.

I could tell during training that this wasn’t gonna be the job for me. Pretty much like an outbound call center. Had to make 50-70 calls a day for $17 an hour not worth it. Most of the customers and shops refused to send photos in so it became such a hassle. Loved the company but I don’t recommend this position.

Company encourages innovation and creative thinking to solve for the ever-increasing scale and technical challenges. People are genuinely happy here, and it is reflected in the tenure.

Svantaggi

Compensation is average and stays pretty flat. There are no performance-based bonuses, equity, or other financial incentives. While the base pay is consistent, the lack of an "upside" or variable pay makes it less competitive for high performers compared to other companies in the industry.
