Very well run from top to floor, you are really made to feel part of something good. Management are very approachable and help out alongside every other team member when needed, there's definitely Not a them and us undertone. You get some great benefits, flexible hours, and wor is fun, we try and give our guests the best experience and it shows by the amount of feedback we get that we pretty much do that. I would highly recommend a job at snozone to anyone. Also they promote from within which is really good .

The only cons for myself is it an hour and ten minutes away and the hourly rate is not as competitive as my normal job but that is quite high, however I may rethink this in the future as snozone gives me such a massive feel good factor.
