very hard to see anyone who is actually working. No one actually works and the responsibility goes to contractors. the work SoCalGas does is spotting their faults or blame them for something that goes wrong. Relax, no one will be fired even if they do very bad jobs. the way of succeed of this company is how well you kiss the butts of politicians in the company. hard workers won't be shiny at all. Full of corruptions and politics. Honest people are not good in this company. only politicians are promoted.
