Some supervisors in the company are awful and HR never does anything to try and remedy it when employees complain Lots of unequal treatment and favoritism The company offers PTO in a bunch of stupid buckets (sick, vacation, flex, bonus) vs just giving us one huge bucket of time to use as we wish We don't get our time off up front, it's accrued which causes major headaches for planning PTO and makes us have to use time at the end of the year
