Probably depends what team you're on but the leadership was very poor. They didn't seem to know what they were doing which isn't good if you are someone who is looking for a leader to help you grow and learn. I always like to be the 'dumbest' person in the room. But if felt like I was the 'smartest' all the time which is weird. Their IT is really bad and the equipment the provide for the job is the worst equipment I've ever received from any company I've worked for. Be prepared to take 6 hours to do a 2 hour job.
