We work a hybrid schedule, office and work from home. It's great! My managers are good caring people who are flexible and great to work with.

As with many companies, no company is perfect. In our company, sometimes there are gaps in communications between departments. Oftentimes, it is due people not being aware of what is involved in order to produce a final product or service. It's all about communications. A bit more effort from some would take care of this. Believe me, it is nothing that would make me want to leave this company!
