The main thing I love about SoPost is the people. It genuinely feels like - on the whole - we have a team of people here who really care and want themselves, each other, and the business as a whole to succeed. I hugely enjoy working within my team and my managers are fantastic and extremely supportive. Hybrid working is a plus. There is a culture of fostering individual growth with investments in individual and team coaching and there are regular internal promotions. The product itself is really interesting and SoPost is the market leader in this space, with people dotted around the world. It feels satisfying to work for a company that's a bit "different"

Pension match could be higher, and benefits could be better. Culture is good overall but the company values can be a bit confusing. Strategy can at times feel muddied and overcomplicated and perhaps this is why some targets have been missed in recent years. There seems to be effort to rectify this though
