3ySorry to hear you have gained such a negative impression regarding communication around decisions taken. This is surprising given the extra effort done in order to communicate transparently (incl. the mentioned, regular Q&A sessions) - which was also highly acknowledged in our recent employee satisfaction survey.
Regarding your statement on terminating work contracts before the end of probation: if we saw a pattern here, that would indeed be silly and a waste of resources. But in fact we have a robust and stringent probation period review process in place since quite some time now and all new-joiners are in close exchange with their respective leader in several pre-defined touchpoints. The vast majority of people are also passing their probation period. That the contracts with those people, where all efforts are nevertheless not paying off, are sometimes ended around the end of their probation period, is somewhat the logical consequence of having a probation period in the first place.
