The culture is very much "hire and fire" – people come and go constantly, and job security is non-existent. Performance reviews involve rating your peers, which creates unnecessary tension and damages team spirit. To make things worse, customer calls are recorded and openly accessible to people in unrelated departments, raising serious concerns about privacy and trust. Management openly states that they are watching you – and they mean it. It creates a paranoid, high-stress environment where people are more focused on not making mistakes than actually doing great work. Yes, you get 33 days of vacation — but you’ll need every single one of them to recover. Burnout is always present. Avoid if you value your sanity.
