It’s a good place for people who are already established in their careers and want a place to keep their mouth shut and eventually retire.

The leadership is so bad. The top line leadership is non existent. The other leaders have failed up. The rest of the leadership knows a bunch of senior leadership at other companies and only promotes them. They don’t promote internally unless you are a part of another company that was acquired. The leadership has 1 minority in the sales team. They hire white people from AstraZeneca, Amgen, and Incyte who are referred from leadership. As far as middle managers, the regional business directors don’t have hematology experience or access to groups. They treat account managers like they work in Primary Care instead of Hematology. They can’t keep talent and it’s because of the leadership. They have trouble hitting goals because they are not realistic. Another medication will buoy the business. And eventually, Sobi will be rolled into another company via acquisition for much less than expected.
